Spicy Toasted Nuts
3 Tbsp. butter/olive oil or coconut oil 4 cups favorite shelled nuts (raw and diet approved) 1-2 drops brown stevia liquid (can omit) 1/16 tsp. pure stevia powder (+/-) OR 3 Tbsp. honey
You choose the spice - 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper powder OR 2-3 TBSP. cinnamon 1 tsp. black pepper (omit with cinnamon) 2 tsp. sea salt (dash salt with cinnamon)
In skillet, melt butter, add nuts and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Combine seasonings and sprinkle over the nuts. Continue to cook about 7-8 minutes. Place nuts on paper towels to cool. Enjoy! Store air tight.
You can also use the Seasoned Sea Salt recipe or the Ranch Dressing Mix recipe.
