To Your Health How to Get Truly Good Health
Good health basics are usually the same everywhere you read about them. These are the things you really need to do to maintain good health or begin to recover some health you may have lost. Sometimes you can lose good health and not be aware of it. The changes occur so slowly you don’t notice. When you begin to get that good health back, you can see the differences quickly. Our motto is: Give your body something good to work with and your body will work with you.
We will begin a short series of articles expanding on these basic principles.
* Good diet - Not just 3 Square Meals a Day * Exercise/Activity - Make an effort or do a little more each day * Sunshine/Fresh Air - 15 minutes minimum * Supplements - a good multi vitamin/mineral is a must today * Pure Water - filtered is better than tap * Get plenty of sleep - lack of sleep prevents healing * Positive Mental Attitude & Forgiveness are important. Bitterness hinders healing.
Things to do to get started * Don’t stop taking or doing what your doctor said to take or do but look for an exit strategy. * Never over-do a diet or exercise program. Take things slowly. * Make health changes with a friend or spouse. You can keep each other on track and you never feel alone.
